Current Positions Available

Deckhand/Crew

The Tour Collective is on the lookout casual deckhands who are energetic, dedicated and hard working team members. Previous experience and qualifications is preferred. Applications are regularly reviewed and you will only be contacted should a position become available.

Coxswain (Grade2) / Master (Up to 35m)

The Tour Collective is always on the lookout for experienced skippers to work across our fleet of vessels who are energetic, dedicated and hard-working team members. Experience is highly regarded.

Volunteer Research Assistant

The Tour Collective supports multiple monitoring programmes dedicated to the protection and research of whales and dolphins. Work alongside world-class scientists as they seek to answer questions about cetacean behaviour and population health through vessel-based surveys during whale watching season which runs between late June and early November. Previous experience with citizen science programs or scientific training is preferred but not essential.

Reservations

The Tour Collective is always on the lookout reservation agents who are energetic, dedicated and hard working team members. Previous experience in tourism preferred. Applications are regularly reviewed and you will only be contacted should a position become available.

Bar & Wait Staff

The Tour Collective is always on the lookout for experienced wait and bar staff for our calm-water dining vessel the Spirit of Elston and private charters who are energetic, dedicated and hard-working team members. Previous hospitality experience is preferred.
